Morning nairalanders, a big thanks to Seun for establishing a forum like this.

Fast forward to the main issue, I had 2.4gb+ on my MTN line which was to expire 3/9/17 but I had recharged on the 2nd to allow auto-renewal in other for the data to rollover, waking up this morning 4/9/17, the 2.4gb+ I had left was wiped and I had only the 1.5gb + 200mb from the 20% data bonus . I called customer care twice but all they were telling me was irrelevant. I beseech all relevant authorities to please come to my aid. Attached below are some screenshots

THEY HAVE STOPPED THE ROLL OVER THING OO, MAYBE YOU DIDNT NOTICE, SORRY ABOUT THAT, WHY NOT BUY FROM OTHER RELIABLE DATA SELLERS? I DONT BUY DIRECTLY FROM MTN AGAIN, I BUY FROM MY DATA SELLER, ITS CHEAPER AND IT LAST 90DAYS.

it seems I'll have to explore that option since MTN has decided to go down this path
