Job Title:Sales Manager

Job Description:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume
and profit for existing and new products
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
- Prepare report as needed

Skills Required:
- Experience in Leadership or Managerial roles
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovation and Creativity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent people development/Coaching skills

Professional Requirement:
- Bachelors degree or higher in marketing, economics or related field
- At least 3 years Experience in sales, with two of those in a managerial role
- FCMG industry experience
