No.

North Korea and South Korea are by themselves enough trouble that there is no winning.
North Korea has a bizarre military, like a country from an alternate reality. North Korea doesn’t intend to fight fair, with a regular war fought by regular forces, against legitimate military targets.

North Korea doesn’t intend to win a war in a conventional sense. That would require forces well beyond their capability, and would require them to divert resources from their primary aim, of deterrence through mass destruction.

Due to the proximity, there is no way South Korea can prevent huge causalities unless they can essentially evacuate the entire country. It is unlikely that they would be able to defeat the South Korean military, and within weeks the South Korean military forces would lay waste to the North Korean forces.

But the civilian causalities would be the central to the whole conflict.

Even with the US support NK will defeat SK any time and any day, during the Korean war SK has a huge US support and was still completely overwhelmed by SK.

I don't think so. South Korea has both technology and training on it's side. I'm certain South Korea can take on North Korea and win, but at the cost of the total destruction of its capital Seoul cos its within range of North Korean artillery.
