First , you need to look up the Dic. Meaning of "loot"

There's no record that Burutai embezzled any fund.
Same for Magu.
Fasola spent money that was approved by the State of of Assembly. Is that looting?

Fayemi and Amaechi do not have immunity and none of their accusers have instituted a legal case against them even when those people are now occupying same office and are prevy to incriminating documents .
