Someone is trying to sell me a slimming belt for only my tummy. The price is 20,000k. That's way higher than the price you mentioned. I hope I am not about to be duped o!

Sauna belt for burning tummy fat actually works. I don't know about other parts of the body.
The cost is 4,000 naira. You have to use it for about 1 hour everyday for one month to get the effects. If you don't have regular supply of electricity you may not achieve this except you have a reliable generator that can power it.

It also helps if you do sit ups immediately after you remove the belt - it helps the stomach muscles to pull together. There is no side effect - just don't use the maximum heat level to avoid scalding your skin.

i'm just speculating, but i'm sure there's some truth in it. that butter melts dosen't automatically make it diasppear.

I know if u heat up a large quantity of butter, it reduces in size. So things that melts might not entirely disappear but d size reduces,

yeah the moisture contents will evaporate and leave fat residues. but in the case of the human body, the moisture will be released as sweat. so what happens to the fat residues in this case.

It will solidify then u can dump it in the toilet.
