Abia state is a failed state. The govt in the state has failed the people since 1999. Abia state has not known any democracy dividend. Now Nnamdi Kanu has added to their problems by infesting the state with ipob, using the Abia miscreants to cause tension and unrest in the failed state of Abia. FG should declare a state of emergency in the state and install a military administrator there. DLioness
