Please!!!

Stop buying airtime from banks.
Buy from hawkers (those who sell on the road or around your home areas), because our brothers/sisters are becoming jobless.
Buy from people not machine, please!
So that they will earn a living!

Save our people from loosing their small businesses
Stop enriching the banks, empower that sister/brother on your street. You will be blessed for it.

What will happen if a person mistakenly typed 10000 instead 1000 and what the person has in his account is 11000. Will the person go to bank to lodge complain or what?

Just an aside thought...

Why would I want to buy an Mtn recharge card from a vendor at #110 when I can easily purchase it via my bank account for #100.

No offense pls...just thinking aloud cheesy

This shouldn't be a problem until like 50 to 60 years from now cos currently i cannot count the number of people that still don't know how to use an atm or use other options on an atm let alone go online and buy credit
Leave the banks and the new gen Nigerian youths and teenagers alone
There's enough old people to patronize the airtime sellers for now grin

We now have USSD codes, which is very easy to use

Aside the fact that vendors add 5 or 10 naira on their price. It is more convenient to buy online in the blink of an eye. No story like wrong pin or scratched pin.

Cost of printing those cards is steep n everything can done electronically. Recharge card business is not profitable for sellers neither is it convenient for buyers.

Soon enough, retail vendors will be totally scrapped altogether. That business model can't survive.

Still not a valid reason, was at the bank the other day and they were giving out slips with various ussd codes for free and literally everyone on the queue rejected it.
So just know that we're in naija. It'll take the current youths and teenagers to age before ussd codes become used by all age categories
