Would you consider it being cheating if?

for example you caught them doing any of these activies.

* S-e-x texting
* web-cam s-e-xing
*Phone s-e-x
*watching Indecency (watches it when they do it with you)
* strip club

If your partner was either doing any of these certain things, it isnt physically done, but with technology it is done oddly enough, 1. would you consider it cheating and try and fix it for your relationship. 2. or leave it and see it as nothing, or 3. break it off with them.
