The Academic Staff Union of Universities hassaid it would announce its position on the strike action in a few hours time.The ASUU President, Prof Biodun Ogunyemi, stated this in Abuja at about 8.30pm on Monday, after concluding the final meeting with the Federal Government delegation.The delegation was led by the Minister of Labourand Employment, Chris Ngige.The ASUU is presently holding its final briefing to decide on the strike.Sources told our correspondent that thereare very strong indications that the union would call off the strike. http://punchng.com/breaking-ASUU-fg-ends-meeting-union-to-announce-decision-in- |
