Your " Know it all " behavioural pattern is killing the game, you always see your self in the position of pointing at others with some of the below examples: His communication skills is not the best He is not maintaining a good eye contact ! his personality is weak He is not very socially active he can't work in a team. The one you see with weak communication skills maybe is not convinced with your personality and maybe he believes talking to you is a waste of time, he might be far smarter than you, seeing no ROI of initiating a conversation with you. The one with weak eye contact might be shy instead of personally weak. I'd rather say you would better incorporate some empathy before developing others IDPs. Rehearse Emotional Intelligence before putting labels on others, investigate- read and put it into practice for the sake of humanity. HR that hasn't been in the front line of any job would be telling someone with 2-3 years experience in his/her field how tons on his job. These our Nigerian own has further spoiled the whole thing. |
