Ever since sex became something that is present everywhere, people have tried several positions in the name of adventures and satisfaction. A group of researchers who recently published their findings about the most dangerous sex positions in the journal of Impotence Research and have listed some sex positions, which can possibly cause penile fracture (breakage of the penis), and other health related problems such as back ache to the female.

According to their research findings, you should avoid the following positions if you do not want to have a fractured manhood or a broken back after some serious rounds of actions.



1. The doggy style



Funny enough, this one time made the top ten lists in the same journal as one of the best positions for conception to take place and now, it has been implicated as one of the culprits of penile fracture (maybe probably due to abuse by humans). This usually happens during the heat of the action when the penis tries to make deep penetration and then come in contact with the pelvic bone thus causing a lot of pains after the whole drama.

2. The missionary position



This ranked second in position. Although this position is not as complex as the twisting Kama-Sutra or the toe-touching (you will need a helmet for these two), it was found to be one of the major causes of penile fracture when it is not handled carefully.



3. Woman on top



Just as simple as the name sounds, this style may give the penis a hard time trying to navigate its way into its destination and thus, leading to a fracture.

It is very good to be adventurous during sex but it is even better to stay healthy. There is no need going extreme when you can actually go solo and live to enjoy the next round. Trust me, sex is not worth dying for.
