People opening and operating international fund account are either novice or don't know how french banking system works,France is a police country to default.Government monitor living based on income because they operate socialism,fingers should be equal/egalitarian society,either you are working or not,you must possess a basic means of livelihood/living,at a time the rich are taxed higher and tax are paid on fortunes either inherited or worked for.France exempt tax for the poor and raise tax according to income,it means there is a platform you can't cross.

Basic access to schools,hospitals,housing,transport in short the basic amenities,there should be no difference between halves and the half nots.
I have withnessed the judgement of two past leaders of France,Jacque Chirac and Nikolas Sarkozy for fund mismanagement and they were made to pay back,some of their savings were forfeited.Banks seized fund that the owners can not account for,nobody can receive or send fund out anyhow because it is monitored,i don't know how people will or can take the risk of receiving funds into a french bank acount without endanger such money.You get questioned even when you want to withdraw ur own savings and you can't just bank raw cash or be seen with raw cash without good proves.Real police country.

I served in Anambra State and the day these herdsmen came, they arrived in a lorry with ammunitions, we the corpers in that area, had to alert the army barracks closest to us, plus the policemen and the village security team. but it was late, they had moved into Alor going into farms and destroying things....same happened in Aba, Obingwa if not that the youths took it upon themselves to chase those miscreants out of the village only imaginations know what would have happened. isn't that an act of terrorism?

What about Boko Haram, who go about bombing churches, mosques and even attaching bombs to humans in form of suicide bombers? isn't that an act of terrorism?

Oh Fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram aren't terrorists right?

Merriam Webster's dictionary defines terror as 'violent or destructive acts (as bombing)committed by groups in order to intimidate a population or government into granting their demands'.

Now what are the demands of the aforementioned bodies that are not checkmated...?

oh you'd say they were attacked in their camps (Boko Haram)..but what collateral damage did it incur? the loss of IDPs in Borno state.

I do not support Nnamdi Kanu's slander and aggression, but if you look at it systematically, you'd see that he draws his inference from the unchecked lawlessness of Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen.

Tell me where you have heard IPOB killed anyone.. where? I can't say either...but the military sent to curb the situation used real bullets instead of rubber or other means to curb the case.

The French Govt has said the Nigerian Govt should furnish it with documents, to enable it make such decision.
Even, just MONEY LAUNDERING and (or) TAX EVASION CHARGEs alone, will finish IPOB and whoever it is that is acting as a conduit for them, in France.

A France that is crying under the weight of extremist groups like ISIS, would not blink twice before agreeing to such declaration of IPOB as a Terrorist group and once France classifies it as such, be assured that the whole E.U framework will automatically adopt same.

Your best bet is to form another organisation and name it IPAD. grin

When we talk of an Administration it comprises of ministers and what have you. Everyone has their specific job. That Buhari is out of the country does not mean Fashola cannot do his job dies not mean the Finance minister cannot do her job. Those are the people that do the work. Yes the president is the focal point but he's not the one doing the job. He assembles a team to the job while he manages them.

Even if his attention is needed while away... there's something called a telephone. If he needs to sign a document.... there's something called a scanner or he can even sign electronically. Plus what's the deputy president there for?

So, my friend next time when you come across issues like this don't react immediately. Calm down so that the intelligent part of your brain can work and the respond accordingly.

You have so been bombarded with jargons that it has clouded your way of approach to issues. I bet you still believe you're of Jewish descendants. Wise up my friend. Nnamdi Kanu is imprisoning your conscience. Free yourselves of the mental slavery and think objectively.

It's very irritating when people have nothing to offer but lies, please kindly check my previous posts on this forum, you will understand my position on this whole thing, my posts are still there on this forum, I have always advocated for restructuring, I work in Lagos and have my house in Lagos, you don't expect me to clamour for Biafra.
Then also let me clear you on this, Nnamdi Kanu was fighting a just course, but the way he went about it is wrong, he allowed his ego to becloud his true senses of judgement, his utterances were to some extent inciting, which personally I have told some IPOB members to advice him, and to a large extent, he over stepped some boundaries, but with all due respect and in all fairness, there was no justification for the military invasion in his home, since he has a date with the government in court, they would have gone there and prove their case.
