Residents of a certain community in Ibadan, Oyo State now tie tortoise on electric pole to avoid paying bills.
The Ibadan Electric Distribution Company (IBEDC) posted a photo tortoise attached to a power pole with red cloth, believed to scare away anyone attempting to disconnect the residents power supply.
