Na now wey Nigerian senate just dey wake up. Person wey write jamb finish get high score go come write post utme get low score due to the irregularities in the conduct of the post utme exam and them no go gree gv am admission bcus him post utme low.
E better make dem scrap that post utme well well.

Indeed federal government should put a stop to post utme in the sense that someone that got a very high score in jamb and couldn’t do well in the post utme due to one reason or the other will be denied of getting admission that year. That’s why most people travel out to study abroad and at the end of the day, they say Nigeria isn’t moving forward and those who can’t afford it start wandering the streets and this render some people useless…

those in support don't really know how there chances of getting admission can be undermine if PUTME is cancelled. post utme offer a second chance of putting more effort to securing an admission offer. with the jamb exam alone one get undermined without any unambiguous reason for not being offered an admission. I.e one might score up to the university cut off mark in jamb but at the end there i no admission. the reason is because the university has a carrying capacity every year of admitted student and when one think of the countless number of people scoring 30-50marks above one's score and aspiring for same course, then one will better understand the benefit of PUTME

What may not favour you may favours... We are only hoping for the test... personally,I wouldn't mind them using only utme scores in giving admission but making use of o level also is an utter Balderdash.

I understand you point now but then there are people who score high in JAMB and get messed up by post UTME and they are rejected admission. That feels very bad, people like that will pray post utme is scrapped forever

it possible, most especially when one feel too comfortable with the jamb score and will put less effort in putme. though, what I see as high score in jamb should be around 250+, and anyone with such a score should at least have a score of 50 in putme
