This is time for Southern part to form a very strong alliance.

You started your fight, now you are searching for alliance. Meanwhile, when cautioned, you insulted everyone, now you want them to come and support you.

Besides, how is IGBO POPULACE now same as the entire south?

Nigerian government are daft.....You don't have the luxury of declaring other reasonable countries like USA, UK and France unfriendly because they don't even need you

Igbo don't need you
Yoruba tolorare you

Esusustuffs:
President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to appoint an administrator who would oversee the forfeiture of IPOB’s assets, home and abroad

- Any foreign nation that fails to respect Nigeria’s stance on the group are to be designated as unfriendly to Nigeria

- Nnamdi Kanu is reportedly hiding in the creeks in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria as security operations continue in the southeast

President Muhammadu Buhari is to order the forfeiture of assets belonging to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to the federal government following the designation of the group as a terrorist organisation.

Sources at the Federal Ministry of Justice told the Punch of Monday, September 25, that the president is expected to appoint an administrator, who would oversee the forfeiture of IPOB’s assets, home and abroad, to the federal government.

According to the sources, the forfeiture of IPOB’s assets would no longer require any court order since the group had been designated a terrorist organisation.

The federal government has also reportedly documented the order of the Federal High Court which proscribed the group as a terrorist organisation and has commenced moves to notify banks, Nigerian embassies abroad and foreign missions operating in Nigeria from further relating with IPOB.

The document titled Terrorism (Prevention) (Proscription Order) Notice, 2017, notified the public of the proscription of IPOB and warned that any person or group of persons participating in the activities of the group “in any manner” would be violating the provisions of the Terrorism (Prevention) Act, 2011 as amended in 2013 and would be liable to be prosecuted.

SweetJoystick:
Which asset IPOB get? Fake news abeg

Typical afonja they think Biafraans are as poor as them. Nigerian government is not fool...they have intelligence IPOB is worth over $200 million dollars. They are in over 100 countries, and each country contributes over $10000 a month, while US, Germany, Britian, Canada, Australia and Switzerland contribute over $35,000 each month. Each country has on average over 20 zones, and each zone made of over 100 people who contributes and average of $500 a month. Lets say on average each country contribute $ 25,000 a month, so $25000 x 100 = $2.5 millions, $2.5m x 12 months = $30million a year on average. IPOB has been in existence for solid 6yrs, but gain popularity in 2014, so 4 x 30m = $120 million/yr. You haven't added individual and secret donations, which can run as much as the Biafraan/IPOB contribution, bringing the their estimated net to over $200million. Where do you think all the almost 3-5 weekly rally money come from and IPOB customized memorabilia? Do you know that the radio device in most state cost over 10 million naira? The one for Lagos as was announced then was founded by one individual, a surgeon in US for over 20million naira. So, this organization is a financial war chest and are prepared to fight this fight till eternity. The reason why IPOB has been largely successful is their financial war chest. Federal government knows this...

Fake news, but if there is any iota of truth in it then this government is being very biased. Have they pursued Boko Haram sponsors with this kind of ferocity?

I doubt the authenticity of the news. About Boko Haram, the Northern politicians alongside Buhari know those who are behind the funding of the group. What they have done is to reduce the flame in the region and possibly wait for 2019 when the South would slug it out with the North.

So long they don't kill others from parts of the country, particularly those from the South, I would not lose sleep.

Ipob is not a terrorist group & cant be one. Nnamdi kalu is working very smart & gradually he now has fame whether we like it or not.
The Ipob issue is like a man who has boil on his scrottom. You cant bust d boil & if u allow it ur in big trouble.
Now Nigeria is pulling out of some organisation that it has being in before. Dat is a disadvantage IPOB will use against nigeria . dialogue is the key
