I need a volunteer that will help me to submit my application there. After photocopying 35 copies of each of my credentials, I'm not sure I'll afford that of post office money again.

don't say that, I got a job there in 2010 and I can tell you ,that its still on merit at least i've witnessed a few interviews in which they took people that were unknown , you will do a written exam first though, once you scale that then you need to shine at the panel level.
