First of all that "NationalClaimsOffice" name sounds very much like a fraudulent name being used for evil purposes! So Vowiski should be regarded as an internet conman in the first place by virtue of his virtual appellation.
And this whole "interaction" process seems to have been censored by the moderator himself Kosovo, otherwise i don't know why the irrelevance of this thread has not resulted in its closure since!
