Good Afternoon House, I have an eye defect I can't explain, I can see both near and far objects normally or above normal, but I usually experience blurred vision and slight headache in the frontal region while reading or after using my phone for sometime.

This has become more severe in recent times, I can't even finish 2 pages of a textbook without 'suffering'. I started taking Dolo Meta B (Has Diclofenac and some B Complex Vitamins) and other eye supplements but its not getting better

I need advice on the type of lens needed given that I can see near and far objects. I don't read under dim light, so I doubt if this is the cause

Thanks
