So...? All your life dreams achieved?, Igbos are strong people, no matter what you do to an Igbo Man/Woman He/she will definitely stand up again, don't go dancing around that your military achieved anything MediumStout: |

MediumStout: Igbos have said it times and again that they don't want the 'free medical care'. When it's time to construct roads and build rail lines igbos will be sidelined. Now, for a completely irrelevant and devilish project, all of a sudden they now remember Igbos. The same people that shot, drowned and maimed Igbo youths want to vaccinate/ administer free medical care to them too? Kolewerk! And please who told you that monkey pox has a vaccine? 7 Likes |

daddyiel: The poverty rate in the South East is above 40%, statistically that is at least 4 out of every 10 people. You might not need help, but many others do. Free medical outreach will definitely help the poor, as they can channel their meagre resources to other primary needs like feeding, shelter or clothing. |

Rawani: It may even take 3 years to manifest. The thing we have been telling you is that you cannot secretly invade our schools and colleges and threaten to inject our children when we have come to know you people in uniform for all the wrong reasons. Extortions, torture, killings and intimidation, how can something good come out from evil people? 3 Likes |

DrGoodman: Secretly invade? You've gotta be joking because the military announced the medical outreach AT THE SAME TIME that they announced operation python dance which was much publicised. "The Army disclosed that it will place emphasis on raids, cordon and search operations, anti-kidnapping drills, roadblocks, checkpoints, and show of force, and humanitarian activities such as medical outreach." http://saharareporters.com/2017/09/09/nigerian-army-launches-excercise-python-dance-ii-set-crackdown-violent-agitators-1 Besides like I told you earlier, a similar outreach was held in the Niger Delta last year where glasses, multivitamins, mosquito nets and other medicines were given out for free to the public, and not necessarily vaccines or injections. Abi is that otapiapia you are seeing in front of the soldier? You guys are just paranoid and misguided by IPOB propaganda and that's it. Too bad you're inflicting mass panic and confusion amongst yourselves, and disrupting the studies of your kids while causing them unnecessary trauma.

solomto: You expect hatred from everywhere, because that's what you keep giving out. I don't, and have never hated Ibos. I simply detest irritant iPods for obvious reasons. These people below were in your shoes last year, and this was their action. Now you can see who's being shallow and unreasonable. 1 Like

Rawani: So the whole parents of the children now have Sahara reporters radio stations in their houses? See your lies? The military announced they they were coming to stop kidnappings which has not happened anywhere near Umuahia and suddenly they invaded Umuahia and killed and maimed many people. Now you want us to believe the Sahara reporters news about the same operation which killed innocent people to be used on innocent children without same result as what happened in Umuahia and Aba. The army messed up big time. We only remember them for one thing now, killing people. 1 Like |

MediumStout: Are you for real!!? Poverty Rate!!? The East has the highest per capital income of any region in Nigeria, they have learnt not to rely on government to make a living for themselves. they are entrepreneurial and the decision to secede is not one borne of idleness but necessity. They don't need sinister military Vaccines. 2 Likes |

Re: Army Free Medicare, Beyond The Idle Gossip By Charles Ogbu by Rawani: 8:04am On Oct 12, 2017 |
DrGoodman: The Army medical corps also has an outreach programme where they have operations in the North do you have no point. There is enough medicine to go round. The fact is that free medical outreach benefits the poor, and statistics indicate 4 out of every 10 easterners live on less than $1 a day. I'd rather they beg than resort to money making rituals, making and selling babies to survive, armed robbery etc. |

Carlmax: What kind of warped reasoning is this? What more Military casualties do you want after your IPOB comrade has wounded an officer on duty with bottle? What more casualties are you looking for after your Comrade killed Police Offcers and burnt down a Police station? Is it until they are attacked with Mortars and AK47 and count able men in body bags before Army should respond to threat on their men and nation? The gullibility oozing from the East is scary. I thought people claimed they are learned there but these people ain't different from those in North East. Their intelligence is soiled with emotion 2 Likes |
Re: Army Free Medicare, Beyond The Idle Gossip By Charles Ogbu by Rawani: 8:12am On Oct 12, 2017 |
Carlmax: A well aimed broken bottle is deadly. An well aimed AK47 is also deadly. I'm sure you've not forgotten the officer that was wounded by a bottle hurled by attacking ipob members. However there were no military fatalities because the soldiers were trained and protected with body armor (helmets, vests etc), which highlights the moronic stupidity of those that chose to attack them wearing singlets and ipob head warmers. No matter how you slice or dice it, anyone attacking the Nigerian military is not innocent but on a suicide mission. 1 Like |
