to reduce the federal loads and cut some portions to states. loads like maybe building roads, maybe schools, maybe bridges and rail line, maybe state police, maybe agriculture and maybe electricity.

the funds for all this at the center for will go down along side to states, do there will be equality to all. now is this the type of restructuring Nigeria need??

for me i think this will slow down some region with great potentials down if we must develop equally.
