the truth is the writer of this article was trying to illustrate the roles imperialist powers such as Britain and France play in destabilizing developing nations with prospect. but it is nairalannd where people are myopic and tribalistic. the thread was derailed. when we understand the invincible hand being played by the imperialist we would know what we are as a nation. we are victims of this anarchy but we would rather fight ourselves than say the truth 2 Likes 3 Shares |

Igboid: They cannot help it. Whether they’re well-educated or not so well-educated, rich or poor, young or old they still suffer from anti-Igbo paranoia and hatred. That’s why I laugh when some Igbos here claim that rich and well-educated Yorubas don’t possess these anti-Igbo sentiments- who do you think has been stoking all of the illiterate ones into displaying such outward signs of anti-Igbo hatred? Awo being the most prominent of them . Just look at this quote from him: Nigeria, on the other hand, is a country of the future with great potentials Haha. This has been said about Nigeria for 60 years now . Are they not ashamed that they’re still having to regurgitate the same old boring rhetoric just to convince themselves that they actually have a future? Nigeria, in its current state, has no future. 11 Likes |

first of all, it seems that by default, you guys are wired to insult any contrary opinion or any view that doesnt rhyme with the ibo narrative so its not a question of seeing reasons to insult people based on airing their views then, ogundamasi and co will talk because just like you guys they also have freedom of expression especially on matters that concern our collective interest, welfare or coexistence. moreover, when the sh!t hits the fan and you guys start falling like chickens or a stack of dominoes, y'all would then cry foul like the rest of the nation dont give a damn when you alienated yourselves by insulting every tom, dick and harry in the first place. Once upon a time Ikemba lured you guys with sweet and scintilating rhetorics and like the children of hamelin lost to the tunes of the pied piper, more than three million (3,000,000) souls perished needlessly. What did he do, he ran away on exile. As at that time the principle of stand/die for what you believe in was probably lost to him. He came back and was given a hero's welcome only to be marooned by the same people after forming a political party. makes me wonder, you heed his call to war, but cant trust him enough to put in at the helms of affairs using democratic processes. Taka good look in the mirror and ask yourselves what exactly is the problem my dear hebrew heebo eebo ibo igbo brethren. Enter Nnamdi Nigga blows hot air about shutting down the country should there be any attempt to arrest him. How he wont go on exile bla bla bla. Declares sit at home. Bestrides the land like a colossus. obviously suffering from narcissism and megalomania, partly induced by the sycophants and ass lickers and piss drinkers cowering before him all. Flagrantly flounting condition after condition of his bail. Emboldened by social media videos of the horde of mostly unemployed youths and disgruntled elements aka supporters and fake cries of aye axemen, arrow mates / SS ooo bloody cries, forms and inspects guard of honor as a field marshall would; then like a junkie high on crack attempts to stop armored personnel carriers on a routine patrol with sticks and stones. Niggah probably got a few broken bones and either pulling a skibii--- faking his death, or indeed has pulled an ojukwu --- he who fights and runs away lives to boast another day. and then some uneducated and misguided folks here on nairaland would be disturbing da peace with dim witted half truths and hate filled comments enough to make a nigga puke at their level of stupidity. in one breath you claim to be jack the giant slayer and in another you cry as an oppressed and marginalised victim. tomorrow you run away and come back next week and start insulting people. it goes round and round and shows the Igbos dont know what they want. NB: Insults are welcome. The one with most likes get a. 40 shots of tokillher <tagbo probably drank fake tequila come to think of it or b. iphone hex or c. All paid pilgrimage to israel |

Bluetooth2: Coward Ojukwu indeed. If people remind you of how your demi-god Awolowo, the bigger coward cum Afonja, took poison (committed suicide) in order to escape arrest, you'll burst into anger fits. You throw stones while living in thin glass house. Between Ojukwu who lived to fight another day, and Awolowo who consumed a gallon of rat poison to escape arrest, who do you think is the real coward? http://247ureports.com/how-awolowo-committed-suicide-by-abdulmumini-adeku/ The Internet never forgets Twenty –three years after he suddenly was reported dead of natural cause and two years shy of his golden jubilee , facts are now emerging on the reasons that led to First and Second Republic political heavyweight ,Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo committing suicide Cowardice and Yoruba are twin malaise sired same day. Between Cowardice and Yoruba, Yoruba is more fearful, and more likely to turn tail and run, or twist their tongues to save their skin. Freaking cowards seeking to deflect attention to the valiants. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Who has so Nigeria landmass helped No single function of educational institutions and medical facilities, power sector is nothing positive to write about but sector of fraud and scams by Nigeria government corrupt politicians. Yet, the same Nigeria presidents are unfit to equipped their so called Nigeria's medical facilities and other sectors but always ran to the same London's hospitals and France's sectors for their survival with Nigerian taxpayers money. Shame on all the past and present Nigeria presidents. Black population my ass. Nonsense write up. EMMAUGOH:It is already happening and they have shown signs of panic. They showed it during the last elections where they told non-indigenes that a virus wiped out their voter registration data from their records, and hence no PVC (I witnessed this in Surulere). Just to prevent them from voting Jimi Agbaje. That's why Boko Haram states recorded a higher PVC collection percentage than "peaceful' Lagos state. Now, their local government councils are overflowing with uncollected PVCs. The irony is that the Lagoon their Oba touted in his hate speech has been swallowing only them ever since. 8 Likes |

I have said it time without number that I like our yoruba people but something is really wrong with them, I must say. And that is poking their noses into igbo's affairs. How can a sane mind be jubilating that a national army, well equipped invaded an innocent and unarmed defenceless civilians enclave, killed, maimed and tortured them for no crimes or other offences committed other asking for referendum ? And you claim to be a "Dr" and a lover of humanity, shame on you. People like this idiot is why the great yoruba nation keep receiving insults and humiliation from every quarter. 6 Likes |

Its quite unfortunate that some yorubas have decided to be useless to themselves and to others. Amidst the big problems Nigeria is facing right now the only thing this afonja remembers is biafra and nnamdi kanu, quite unfortunate and pathetic on the side of one who calls himself a lecturer. What do you teach your students? One day some of you will go mad screaming nnamdi kanu, nonsense 4 Likes |

Surely the guy who wrote this has written fantastic rubbish...his just blowing his trumpet, or better still the trumpet of a failed nation called nigeria he called nigeria a country of potentials, that i agree, but his point was driving at france and britain seeing our potentials and been jelous, plz what is there to be jelous about in nigeria, what has nigeria acheived that this countries havn't?..talk about development, with the way at which we are sluggishly crawling b4 nigeria gets to where france and britain are today, it may take hundreds of years...talk about technonolgy which nigeria has contributed nothing to, this two countries are among the power house. Talk about civilization, this two countries are well civilized, nigeria is no where near civilization, talk about politics and sports, they beat us in every aspect, so i wonder were this writers point is heading to, cos the only failed empire i see here is nigeria....a country who at the age of 57 is still talking about potentials, when countries who they gained indepence with in other continents are tapping there potentials...a fool at 40 is a fool for ever, nigeria has gone passed forty, and we are still where we were 20 yrs ago, other countries are moving forward with so much pace, but in the case of nigeria, 1993 nigeria is 100 fold better than 2017 nigeria, and you are here writing a meaningless article, giving excuses for your failure as a country....if nigeria were a meaningful and sensible country, would anyone be complaining or talking about marginalization or succession?...here you are talking about how britian and france are helping biafra becos they fear nigerias potentials with no solid evidence to ur claims, a country that has not been able to produce light 24/7 since 1960, you call it a country with potentials....only failures give excuses. 3 Likes 1 Share |
