The concept of family properties under customary law in nigeria has been geopadised everytime when it comes to heriditary of right and properties. The federal government constitution of nigeria does not discriminate against women right to inherit properties. That is what leads to the Case of Mr Omogue Osas who has been decleared wanted by Nigeria police for Murder of his Inlaw whose name is Mr Ben Aibangbe . This has been a family disaster case under investigation since the early beginning of this year.when the family of the deceased said that Omokaro Osas Omogue got their daughter pregnant and was after their families properties which was not legitimately will to their Daughter whose name is Blessing aibangbe.
The deceased came from a polygamous family of just 2 children and their family name is Aibangbe. Blessing Aibangbe was the eldest child. they are among the family's that discriminate against women right to heriditary.

This case leads to thugs and cultist fight between Osas Omogue and the family of Blessing. According to the story that has been gather by our sources. It has been said that Osas Omogue assasinated Ben Aibangbe because he wanted his wife to be the only child and the only heir to all their late father's properties.

Ben Aibangbe was shot in his car while returning home in the evening. It was reported that Osas Omogue was in the car of the thugs who shot Ben from the information that we had. The police has been in search for Osas Omogue for interrogation and questioning about this case.
