Based on months of observation , I have come to conclusion that Adron Homes is the only Real Estate company with transparent Prices and Fees. All others just sell naked lands without stating payable fees and any visible structures. Not only that.. Adron Homes are the only estate I know with the most flexible payment options. They have live projects going on in their estates. Others only build fences and that's it. How come most of this sell quick estates have excision file numbers & "Excision" in progress in Ibeju Lekki? Isn't this a worrisome problem, like a time bomb that is waiting to explode? I'm not an agent of AdronHomes. Just a concerned citizen, I stand to be corrected. If you know about any other estate with outstanding records please state it here. 1 Like |
