While contributing to a motion, today, on the floor of the Senate, about the recent bomb blast in Delta State, a member of the Senate made reference to a Sun Newspaper headline where Libyan Dictator Muammar Qaddaffi was quoted to have suggested the splitting of Nigeria into two. In his reaction, the Senate president Sen. David Mark said He is a mad man, having made similar statement to switzerland and other countries. In his words, " Why do you give a mad man such publicity".
