On a not so sweet note on my experience in using Bulk SMS Messaging service, where do I begin? Well, let me kick off with the dreaded “DND Palava”. I can’t remember a worse feeling than that of seeing your well composed message rejected due to DND. “E dey pain well well”, then there is the issue of payment flexibility, network reliability and user friendliness. DND is even more than a headache and more like a cancer for Bulk sms service users and even service providers. The even more irritating part is that most network providers put people lines under DND by default without permission of the users. Then opting out becomes another gbege!

Mine isn't payment gateway BUT nonchalant attitude of the admin of the site. Imagine I sent mail regarding the issue with my account, no response, I later called the number on the site, instead of him to allow me explain in details, he just cut me short with response, I now tried to let him know that's not right, he just stopped talking, I ended the call and tried call back, he refused to pickup throughout the whole day.

How can one be giving useless excuse for an error on mode of delivery which I have never experienced in the past 6 months I have been using the site without an hassles. Instead to own up to the error and refund me, he acted otherwise
