A country that builds world class world class Frigates like the INS Kochi and has more Frigates than the combined sum total of SAN vessels (including small boats).

We do not lack the capacity! NNS Ohue and NNS Baranama, the Navy's 2 mine counter-measure ships completed their refits at the Dockyards in Lagos, they also participated in Exercise Treasure Guard in December 28th of 2015. Aradu would soon be back.
