IVF has never been known to be perfect, most couples require multiple cycles in order to achieve conception. The person you quoted didn't imply that IVF was perfect, what he implied was that credit should be given to those who deserve it. What you call a miracle in Africa is normal practice in just about every developed country on earth.

They have lots of things to take care of. Caring for 1 child is stressful talkless of 4.
The picture showed them in a an incubator. Do you know much much per night in an incubator plus phototherapy?

Thats like minimum of 10k daily times 4babies. This is minus other risks
