This is a specialist (geographical analyst) responsibility,so I advice you allow specialist to handle this.some people over time claim to know how to handle this but you know information is always changing.

Apart from your media being expired,the system of loading is as important.And time and route of backwashing are equally as important.This is why I advise a specialist handles this.Showing you pictures below is not enough.
