It is actually possible to have an embassy in a country and process your visa through another embassy.

Visa processing is cost intensive. It requires staff and equipment. It's a way of saving cost that some countries employ. In fact, it's common with Schengen countries. Some Schengen countries who have embassies in Nigeria still process their visa through the common and popular countries.

Most of the countries listed are Muslim country, they don't want others to come to their country but will cry river when US decide to block entry to their country.

The OP gave himself up for doubt. You can apply for Saudi Visa for Ummrah during anytime of the year except during Hajj and you don't need to know anyone to do that. Hence the whole message therein is not credible.

op, you just listed 5 currently mad countries in the world. what am i going to do there, when am not mad? even a free visa & spornsorship, 'll not be enough to convince me to embark on such a crazy journey. in one of these arab country, my friend was given 100 lashes in his 2 bare feets for responding to a lady's greetings. he could not walk for 2 wks. he had to run back to nigeria. those people 're barbaric.
