This is nothing strange. It Is unfortunately a regular occurrence in the Imo state.
So many avoidable deaths involving high casualty vehicle accidents happen there every now and then.
It is just sad.

There is no governance in the Imo. I wonder why people are even enthusiastic about the governorship there.
