big thanks to everyone finally i get my phone working it cost me just 4500naira you wont believe the phone only got battery problem and it working perfectly bigs thanks you can now see pec or tecno customer service they are all scam asking for 42000 to repaire a phone....

Just to fix sim slot and battery
They said it was free but i had to pay 2.5k to replace my missing camera glass
I was like, how does the missing camera glass concern anything
They said it's their policy to have any external damage fixed before repair

I left and returned another day (having backed up all my files)
Got there and another attendant told me the camera glass replacement cost just 1k


So i realised the first lady wanted to scam me for shit


And that's how they do
For very basic faults

When you take your battery problem there, they'll tell you it's the panel and ask you to pay to change it.
But Carlcare hasn't done anything about it
