Some of you will come here and condemn the driver because she is rich.
My twin sister knocked down a little boy who was running away from his angry parents. He didn't even look he just Got knocked down by the speeding vehicle.
Some times it is their fault. It even happened to me around eleme junction. The man just suddenly Jumped in front of my spider Camry. Because he was tired of life. He got injured but I took him to a hospital.
I opened a shop for him a month later but he mismanaged it. He said its from his village

You were so generous..

But @bolded make me laugh. grin grin

From his village thing. grin grin

See our people deceiving themselves forever. grin

This mentality of attacking cars and drivers involved in accidents like this is just so wrong. That is why some people hit and run. It may not even be the fault of the driver. It may even be the fault of the person that was hit. We need to check the menace of jungle justice.

Like the Abokki okada rider i knocked down around year 2000 or 2001, he sustained minor injuries to his legs, but what i couldn't understand was when he insisted that he should be taken to Havana Specialist Hospital. I couldn't even contemplate whether to be aghast that he wanted to be taken to the hospital or that he had even heard about Havana before. I recall staring at his gworo teeth for long periods that evening and even contemplating abandoning the Abokki there with his injury sef.

This is absolutely not true. Fatal accidents happen all the time and in very few cases will mob action take place. Bystanders will distinguish between an accident and vehicular assault. Someone said she was taking or making a phone call. That is why she ran. She knew it is against the law and pisses off most decent folks out there.

The driver was coming from mechanic bus stop she took the first turning by right, getting at the junction where you have a welder, she tries to cross the road to the side leading inside the estate. Or, from the estate junction where you have traffic lights, the first junction by right. I am new here, I don't know the names of these roads.

Jman06 it's lle - lwe bus stop

That Jakande gate is something else. A lot of demolishings need to be done there.

The death toll on that iyana Ejigbo - Oke Afa Axis between last month and this month alone is alarming.
The road is a death trap not because it's bad but because of reckless driving and indiscriminate flouting of traffic laws. Bikes, Napep and Cars all tow one-way driving against traffic without fear even at the full sight of clueless traffic wardens and officers.
I wonder how many have to die before Govt decides its time to take deliberate steps to protect the lives of its commuters.
It's a daily scare and testimony plying that road.
LASG needs to be strict on its traffic laws across the state to help minimise traffic gridlock and most especially to secure safe roads for commuters.

Quite sad. Grew up partly in that estate and I went there not too long ago during the demolitions.

The road in that particular area is so bad that I begin to wonder if this was a case of over speeding.
It is most likely loss of concentration like observers said.
RIP to the dead.
