IF IT'S 4 UR PRIVATE USE, I SUGGEST ACCORD 06 OR 07. BUT IF IT'S 4 FAMILY USE (SHARING WITH UR WIFE), I SUGGEST A CAMRY.

The accord is better in terms of performance, but it is more expensive to maintain, the Camry isnt bad, as it is very rugged, n less expensive to maintain

Consider Camry.... Many have likened accord, especially those particular model, to suspension issues. If it were civic, would have been cool.

not just suspension, transmission issues as well.

u cannot ..... and I repeat..... cannot abuse the accord (intentionally or unintentionally) and go scot free.

u have to also be a regular friend with luvinghubby.... and develop ur ears to hear very very well.

PS I drive both vehicles, accord v6 and Camry I4

maintenance cost for the accord is way way above the Camry although comfort, drive feel and flashy interior goes to the accord. when flexing town I can use accord but impromptu and non familiar terrain .... I use Camry.

lastly and most importantly, where is the vehicle going to be used, consider the knowledge base of the average mechanic there and availability of genuine parts or else, accord will drain u.... literally

Since u re using it in Nigeria, I ll recommend a Camry for u. Also put into consideration the availability of both cars on the road, u can see that u ve more Camry than Accord. Most Mechanics will also advise u to go for d Camry. The major complaints about the Accord are the suspension, pulling out of the shaft and transmission issues. But these problems are not pronounced in d Camry.
Also the Camry has a higher resale value than the Accord. Though in terms of aesthetics, some people believe that d Accord is far ahead of the Camry.

will go for the camry anytime... since i bought mine(tokumbo xle), even my auto mechanic attested that i would do a number of changes on the brake discs, drums , exhaust n catalyst, and now front shocks and stabilizer links, including my bank 1 oxygen sensor, i have spent just about 120k on all these items and my vehicle drives like new and no hassles whatsoever....... i dont think you will spend this little for so much key parts in a honda accord....
