U wud use d same buks 4 2nd yr & 3rd yr. 4 anatomy u can buy keithmoore or Last, wit Frank Netter atlas. 4 physiology, Guyton or Essential Physiology (indian version). 4 embryology, u buy Sadler or Keithmoore. 4 biochemistry, Lippincott, Harpers, or Voet & Voet, are ok. 4 Histology, u buy Wheaters.
Medical complex is d main building for lectures and offices. D medical hostel is for students in 500lvl and 60 0. D oda lvls stay in d normal hostels. 1st Mb is 100lvl exam. 2nd Mb is 300 lvl final exam. 3rd mb is path & pharm exam of 400lvl. 4th Mb is 600lvl 1st sem exam, 5th Mb is d final exam for graduatn. Congrats on ur admisn.

I really apreciat ur answers@troynow.A frnd told me dt class notes are enough 2 pass 2nd mb,how true is this?Does d 2nd mb cover 200L&300L workload?What abt d 1st mb?I heard of german questns!

Class notes are very important but u also nid d textbuks 2 pass. 2nd mb covers 200 & 300 workload. 1st mb is all objective.

If d clearance starts on d 16th, 20th wud not be late. Take ur time and prepare cos d clearance is usualy stressful.

Well it depends on wat u like. There are two hostels for males. Hall 3 and hall 4. In d two halls, eight people stay in one rm. In hall 3, it is airy and there are 3 story buildings, but in d rms, there r only 2 wardrobes 4 final yr stdnts. In hall 4, it is very hot, but dere r wardrobes 4 evribody. I advice u 2 stay in hostel 4 1st yr to know d school well.

@troynow,what advice do u hav 4 someone lik me starting medcine at 27!Though I already hav a degree with 2.2 bt no job yet.Is the stress realy worth it?If u are in my shoe what would u do?

Medicine is more dan a course, its a calling. If u have d passion to bcum a doctor , age shdnt b a barrier. I have classmates ur age and even older. There's a 56yr old man in d class above mine. So read medcn if dats wat u want. I jst hope u'l b able 2 find moni to sponsor urself since u dnt have a job. Cheers.
