A friend told me that Canada does not give Visa to a virgin passport. Is this information true please?

So many rumors, please pay them no mind. A friend also told me that the whole PR process is fake (even though my neighbors just left Nigeria yesterday on PR visas) and that Canada is just as populated as the US. Orisirisi. There are alot of misinformed and uninformed people in this world.
