Keep in mind I'm not insulting anyone. Nor do I claim that only oyinbo can build infrastructure. It's a shame that we Nigerians lacked proper planning after colonial rule. Our infrastructure was badly maintained and not signicantly added upon especially in the major cities where it was needed.
