The first thing FBI founding director did was to select a group of young turks, brilliant chaps out of statewide police departments and gave them marching orders for high profile, dangerous cases. You hardly heard J.Edgar in the media or on stage. This was why he was feared so much even by the President.

It was his boys that brought down the notorious Newyork and Chicago crime syndicates, various mafia families and infiltrated various dangerous left wing underground marxist movements. You simply cannot attempt to do that all on your own and survive for long.

Instead of all these press postulating and meaningless rallies he should quietly build a following, a movement predominantly amongst the youth. Have private teaching and motivational meetings akin to religious outreaches. Slowly build a quantum of backers in all works of life that view the issues your way then he himself will discover he does not need the kind of protection being tossed and turned here.

If the bad guys want him they can just payoff his so called security to do it for them. The smarter way to go about his crusade will be to layer himself with ideology(ists).

NB. J Edgar headed the FBI till death. There was not a person, an act, a congress, a president nor anyone else who could dare touch him. And you could only criticise from the safety of your inner sanctum (after serious debugging). Did he start that way, no. Was it the best, no...but it kept him safe till God called and established the most formidable crime fighting agency known to mankind.

Magu is a policeman. He might have killed him to enjoy public sympathy and then project himself as a saint being hunted by the bad guys.

Simple psychology

Corruption, criminality, injustice, kidnapping, ritualism and the likes are greater than Nigeria and so all of them use t harass Nigeria and succeed. Nigeria is not able to defeat them. Darkness is able to overcome light in Nigeria, an abnormal thing because Nigerians or almost all we Nigerians are wickedly corruption. Lies prevail over truth, and the false prophets are the ones triumphing the are bowing down to and giving their money. A corrupt people is an accursed people. When will things become normal in Nigeria so that light can be defeating darkness as it is normal?

Almost all the best brain in Nigeria are wickedly corrupt, in Christendom, politics, finance and banking, lecturing and the likes. They are all bunches of looters, executive and honorable criminals and thieves. No wander the laws are powerless against them

Corruption fighting back..

Personnels of the Department of State Services [DSS] has reportedly killed an officer during a gun duel with policemen guarding loots hidden by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] boss, Mr Ibrahim Mustafa Magu.
The fire exchange, according to reports, took place in a farm in Karshi, a suburb of Abuja, the federal Capital Territory.
The incident took place late Tuesday evening, when the police officers guarding the loot secretly kept by Magu opened fire on the DSS personnels.
The latest report discredited earlier unfounded reports of an assassination claims by sources that men of the underworld attempted to kill Magu.
According to Denisaurus News, an EFCC staff placed an emergency call to them as soon as they heard what was happening.
Magu currently lives in a luxurious apartment in Maitama District of Abuja, which was furnished for him by a retired Air Commodore, a guest in one of DSS cells.
Denisaurus News further revealed that the farm house in Karshi is a newly acquired property, which the EFCC boss does not want the public to be aware of.
Effort to reach the EFCC spokesman, Mr Wilson Uwajuren for confirmation proved abortive as he is not responding to calls or SMS.
It could be recalled that DSS had asked The Senate to reject Magu’s nomination as substantive chairman citing cases of corruption.
In response, The Senate had in turn written President Muhammadu Buhari asking him to drop Magu and appoint another person to head the anti-graft agency.
President Buhari had, however, remained adamant and stuck with Magu to lead his war against corruption.
