The dial buttons put your vehicle squally between 2010 and 2013 if it is a USA specification. If the gear shift is also a dial button instead of joystick, I guess it is not USA specification.

RRS has USA specification even California spec. A slight cosmetic change on a vehicle can alter the specification. Does your vehicle have dial button or joystick for gear shift? All the instrumental buttons on the picture showed it is anywhere between 2010 and 2013. The body does not indicate beyond 2013.

Adding a urea tank and injection system is the method used by most automakers to mitigate NOx emissions from diesel vehicles. Therefore VW’s cars did not have a urea system, and instead VW claimed to have solved their NOx emissions through some other mechanism. What we now know is that other mechanism was to lie and cheat the system.

But it gave VW several years of strong sales of TDI Diesels in America.The RRS produced and shipped to America are Petrol Engines so it met these standards .The diesels are not sold there.
And for you saying UK is RHD US is LHD, you forgot other part of Europe are LHD, and the EU standard is same for all EU country the UK inclussive.
