You retain tradition and culture that fits your purpose. Either u aim to have an egalitarian, democratic society or u don't. The Ooni read accounting in the higher
institution in Ibadan and as you indicated he is a MEMBER
of ICAN. Meaning that he has taken his
Profesional exams and he passed. Therefore he is a Chartered Accountant.
