The main reason why Umuahia is more developed than Awka And ABA more developed than onistha is because, Anambra state have other cities like i.e Ekwulobia, nnewi e.t.c 2 Likes 2 Shares |

I don't want to get involved in the Anambra and Abia thing. Anambra is generally more developed than Abia but when yiy singularly compare Aba and Onitsha, Aba takes the crown. It's not even a debate for someone who knows both cities 4 Likes 2 Shares |
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by Kepukepu: 10:14am On Feb 26 |
Bestmanfornow:Awka and Onitsha combined are not as a developed as Aba north and south alone 4 Likes 2 Shares |
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by Workch2: 10:20am On Feb 26 |
Kepukepu:What these Anambra call development is building of 4 and 5 decking inside bad and tiny roads π. Onitsha people don't understand what it means to drive round a city in properly dualized roads with pedestrian walkways and avenue trees. They think development is building 5 deckings in nkpor 4 Likes |

You these Anambra boys, this thread was peaceful until one of you called Anambra1stSonTV used his alternate moniker to mention Aba in this thread. He's also the person behind Bestmanfornow moniker. You can celebrate your mediocrity in peace without having to look down on another state. Abia people are not ebonyi people that you do anyhow, if you want violence, we will give it to you. Everytime, it's these silly crop of Anambra boys that are fighting with every other state. Them swear for una? We Abians are not Ebonyi people, we will drag you. 1 Like |

Bestmanfornow:Try dey change environment once in a while! With what I have seen Awka is no where close to umuahia, and onistha is not mate with Aba, Aba is bigger, more populated and has more good roads Than onistha Tell your principal to dualize the road that runs from onistha to Aguleri, and other interconnecting roads, hope uzodinma have dualized owerri down to Orlu, owerri down to omuma, currently Owerri down to mbaise/umuahia, umahi did the same in ebonyi state 2 Likes |

Kepukepu:Awka is an eyesore! can't even manage the only major road in the city, comparing it with umuahia, is very ridiculous Umuahia is more populated, has 3 bigger markets With roads, banks and parks inside them. You will hardly see touts, and street trading is not that popular when compared to that of awka! 2 Likes |
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by Alananwachukwu: 10:36am On Feb 26 |
Workch2:They last census in Nigeria shows that nsukka is even more populated than awka, but you would think awka is more populated than everywhere, because everyone and everything is on one road 2 Likes |
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by Kepukepu: 10:39am On Feb 26 |
Alananwachukwu:they have not realized. Awka is an expressway town. Although umuahia sef is falling hands but Awk too na dead. Hopefully, when the 6 lanes Onu-Imo to Okpara square umuahia road is completed, it will give Umuahia a serious face-lift. 2 Likes |
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by Alananwachukwu: 10:40am On Feb 26 |
Workch2:This is the major issue with awka, in umuahia if you drive from ubakala in umuahia, through ABA road, down to Azikiwe, finbars, then connect B.C.A you can continue to de Latinos, you will realize that a lot is missing in awka 2 Likes |
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by Alananwachukwu: 10:44am On Feb 26 |
Kepukepu: That axis the road is been built is not even part of umuahia township, and yet it's been expanded to 6 lanes! That's how a city is supposed to be Inside umuahia town, there are alot of standard dualized roads, even inside ubani main market, you can't see this type of thing in awka 2 Likes |

Aba is the home of power in Southeast. Aba only generates about 1500mw of electricity. The power infrastructure in Aba alone will swallow every industry in Anambra state. Aba generates power that is enough to power Anambra state for 24hrs and there will be enough left to power Enugu state. Don't look that on such a place. There's a reason why many power plants are located in Aba, it's one of the largest industrial hub in Nigeria. No one will see the manufacturing capacity of Aba and set up electricity plants in Ontisha 3 Likes |
