That animal would NEVER speak on the state of Federal roads in the Southeast and WHY Fashiola decided to join Buhari in abandoning Federal roads in the Southeast. It is looking for one tiny street in Okpoko, as if the streets of his state are better.

You are an idiot. Fashola has done more for Anambra, Enugu infrastructure than any works Minister since 1984. But like too many stoopid yoruba phobes you need to be given a heavy knock on that your dull brain to see the light.

As for Obiano he is a failure and will not complete any project as is his reputation. No airport, ICC for you. Maybe the mini stadium will be completed but I bet no parking lot from the nepotistic Aguleri man.

[s]Lol this frustrated blood sucking demon has returned. Even at 4am you are awake with your eyes wide open when sane people are resting. Who actually cursed you mktinsight? Tufia.

So FIFA gave money? Where's the evidence of the transfers? You are not only dumb but you are hopelessly silly.

Useless frustrated vagabond. You want us to start your silly comparison of Obiano and Obi. Obi did his best, Obiano is taking it to another level. By His Grace, the next governor will take it much higher.

Inner oads in Onitsha and Awka are either in good or are being fixed. For the first time a governor fixed almost all the roads in Fegge Onitsha and many more in other neighbourhoods. Take note that Anambra is the best state in the region. Adi ama aka.

ICC, Awka Millennium city, Awka city stadium, etc, are all coming up including your nightmare- the Anambra international airport. Lol

Everyone here knows you are a lying demon, so go and die. You cannot deceive anyone.

Goal Programme: Mission and Goals
Greenland's first artificial pitch in Qaqortoq
© FIFA.com

The Goal Programme enables beneficiary member associations to implement projects designed to develop football in their countries. It is an expression of solidarity that gives national associations with few resources at their disposal the tools they need to function and grow.

Though each member association has the right to request funding for a project, the programme is essentially aimed at associations with the most pressing needs yet without the resources to respond to them. Goal projects can also provide additional funding for larger projects for which national associations have been able to raise part of the necessary funding.

The objectives of the Goal Programme are laid out in its regulations.

The Goal Programme supports projects tailored to the needs of member associations in the following areas:

Administration
Training
Youth football
Infrastructure
Other development projects catering for specific needs may also be considered.

FIFA Inspects Goal Project 2

Officials of world football-governing body, FIFA who are in Nigeria for deliberations with the top hierarchy of Nigeria Football Federation on Goal Project 2 and FIFA courses in coaching, administration, management and refereeing, showed visible elation on being conducted round the Sunday Dankaro Football House, the new NFF headquarters, on Wednesday.

The two-man delegation of Mr. Francesco Bruscoli, Senior Development Manager (Africa) and Mr. Sampon Kablan, FIFA Development Officer (West Africa) expressed delight at the 26-room edifice, which was commissioned on July 18, 2013 by Vice President Namadi Sambo.

?I must observe that this is an impressive facility. This is more like it for headquarters of Nigeria Football Federation, considering your country?s standing in world football,? said Bruscoli, as the duo were shown round the elegant facility by NFF President, Alhaji Aminu Maigari, NFF Vice President, Chief Mike Umeh, Acting General Secretary, Dr. Emmanuel Ikpeme and other senior NFF officials.

The officials also heaped praises on the NFF for good maintenance of the National Technical Centre (Goal Project 1) and the FIFA Football Turf, otherwise known as artifical turf, which was donated by FIFA as part of the Win-In-Africa-With-Africa programme around the 2010 FIFA
World Cup.

The delegation then flew to Bauchi, where the FIFA officials inspected the landscape for the Goal Project 2 ? construction of Regional Technical Centre, which will compose of a FIFA Football Turf and a hostel.

Similar projects are planned for Anambra and Lagos States.
Both Bruscoli and Kablan expressed satisfaction with answers provided for all their questions concerning the site and the building plan.

The team then paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Mallam Isa Yuguda, and the Emir of Bauchi, Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu. The NFF President used the opportunity to present the Nelson Mandela Challenge trophy, won by the Super Eagles in Durban last week, to the two eminent citizens.

The entourage later proceeded to the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium, where they saw one of the semi final matches of this year?s Federation Cup competition abandoned due to heavy downpour. The match between Akwa United FC and Warri Wolves FC was 1-1 when it was called off, and would be concluded on Thursday.

On their return to Abuja on Thursday, the FIFA team and NFF top hierarchy will pay a courtesy call on the Honourable Minister of Sports and Chairman, National Sports Commission, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi.

Exactly. It's a pity an economic melting point like Aba too does not have an airport or riverport closeby. The impact would be massive. Overt economic sabotage.

There will be a river port in Aba soon. The plan has been concluded.
