The Presidential State House Ministerial Servicom Unit Thursday in Abuja established a Help Desk to assist staff, visitors and contractors on enquiries and information related to payments, correspondence, medical services and other public-service related issues.

The Help Desk will be manned by well-trained Staff who will effectively handle enquires from members of the public and staff members.

In the interim, the Help Desk will handle enquiries from six service areas of the State House including Payments, File Tracking/Correspondence, Medical Services, ICT related services, Maintenance and Stores.

Speaking at the launch of the Help Desk and the revised SERVICOM Charter of the State House, Mr Jalal Arabi, the Permanent Secretary, State House, said the Desk will accelerate the implementation of the Executive Order 001 – Ease of Doing Business and improving service delivery in the State House.
