The reason for secretely watching porn is because of shame and guilt. we feel guilt about something we did and we feel shame for something we are. Both feelings are connected to messages and expectations of others !

If you are reading this now, I bet you have seen a naked 4 years or younger, have you ever wondered why they are not ashamed to be naked. We learn to be ashamed because our parent told us to and their parent told them etc. No one is born feeling shame...
