The executives of alumni association of Adeniran Ogunsanya college of education has urged its members and the entire Nigeria populace to imbibe the teachings of Jesus Christ in the celebration of his birth. In a text signed the national public relations officer of the association, Opeyemi Eniola said that every December 25th is not just for celebration but to also reflect the lessons of the birth of Christ. The association further charged all the leaders to live an exemplary life by giving more in service and sacrifice to their followers.

While stating that it's regrettable to see the Nigerian people go through more stress in the celebration of the season, the alumni spokesman advised both the federal and state government to work hard to avoid reoccurrence of the itch faced by the Nigerian people in discharge of their duties as stipulated by the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria.
