The Vietnamese man identified by his initials, V.V.C had a penile fracture after trying an unusual position during sexual escapade with his partner. He took a quick race to the hospital at about 1:45 am on Christmas Day with a swollen, deformed, and bluish colored penis. He underwent an emergency surgery immediately after an MRI scan showed that he had a penile fracture.
