Honestly forex is difficult.
It will test your patience to the last.
Imagine, my EURAUD of over 130pips is reduced to less than 40pips.
Im still holding it. It hasnt gone beyond my plan for it.
However I kinda hedged that position (EURAUD) with AUDNZD sell.
the AUDNZD is returning some pips. I will close or hold it for some time.
Also, I have EURNZD buy which is half way to my TP.

Again it all depends on ur strategy,... but no way can they take back that much pips from me.... I will take what its given,...then wait and watch. The fox is very cunning.

I’m still stuck on trading M15 charts,(intra day- 50pips profits)....and the results are amazing so far... will soon be graduating to trading the 3-5day cycles, because i keep seeing these cycles,...but yet to develop the mental strength to let my profits run above 50pips.

For the newbies,... pls start with a demo, forex isn’t going anywhere, it ll still be here when you develop the necessary strategy.

There's a lot of different simpler method to make money. Not necessary trading this 'CJ' method. If you're not advance " have advance knowledge already" or have someone explain a lot of things to you, it will take a very long time to understand even little of it.

I guess since you're trading on HTF, it's little different compare to intra day. Should you attempt to take profit or some off, I'll suggest use daily ATR, intra day as target.

If you're working on higher time frame, maybe use weekly ATR as target. It should give you some idea, you don't have to make a picture perfect take profit. Don't forget , take what is given. Don't try to squeeze blood from of a stone.

If you are satisfied you really want to do the business. watch plenty videos on YouTube. If you now agree with the undisputable fact that you can loose all your money(fund)..

Then get a mentor

Even with the news, price is failing to breakout from the trendline.
If by next week it fails to breakout, we will continue to buy.
Also, you can spot the inverse head and shoulder pattern on the chart.

Reduce the size of your trades (lot size) and you will see huge weight lifted off your shoulders.
Think capital preservation first.



I don't know the kind of skill set you posses right now to determine recommendation.
