So its a new year, what has Nairaland done for you ever since u joined the great forum

It has done a lot to me. Some of them are:-

- it helped me a lot to know about my country Ethiopia, because I sometimes create a topic and when ppl ask me about my country, I sometimes refer Books and online.

- it directly and indirectly helped me to know a lot about other countries like Nigeria, Kenya, Ancient Egypt, Israel and some others.....

- it directly and indirectly helped me a lot in subjects like Christianity, Islam, Judaism
- it helped me a lot in my English; especially the grammar part.

- it helped me to decrease my depression, because I usually visit the forum and this as result made me to give me more attention on this than my depression. I'm only 8 months old in this forum, but I've spent for time averagely than most of you guys.

- it helped me to meet and communicate with my fellow Africans for the first time. Chatting online with anyone was alien to me before 2 years ago.

Nairaland is simply the best African forum.
