Unfortunately, Igbos today are seriously craving to lick that northern asss, but no one will avail them.

So what's the use of the war?

Whereas, those who 'licked' northern assss have ended up ruling same northerners, cutting them to size and are seeking more years to rule.

Now, that's class!

Today Igbos are craving to lick the same Northern a$$? How did you come with that? Because of what some political jobbers of Igbo extraction are doing? You judge by what the majority are doing, not the minority.

Did Igbos even vote for a Northerner in the last presidential elections?

The majority that came out for IPOB and MASSOB in their millions, you think they care about Northern a$$? No they dont

As for those who have ruled Nigeria and Northerners, what good did that do? Nigeria is still a messed up place and the same people have been reduced to begging for restructuring which is even less than the freedom and independence Ojukwu fought for.

You dont know what you are talking about at all. Go and read your history well before discussing what you don't understand. Without that war, Nigeria wont be as divided as we are today. That war set Nigeria back by almost 100 years and even till today, we have not fully recovered from the scars of the war. And talking about slavery to the north, that war actually consolidated the hold of the north on power and ensured that nobody from south east will lead the country in a very long period of time.

When you look back in history, two events have shaped Nigeria's politics negatively. Firstly, the Igbo coup of January 1966 and secondly, the civil war. We wont be so bitterly divided and seriously underdeveloped without those two events. Nothing good came out of the war for all sides and there is nothing to beat your chest about.
