I just called flexisaf (those in charge of the PTDF scholarship), they said the portal is not online yet, but it will be live this evening. However, the guy said *'those who applied for France/Germany/China are ADVISED NOT TO APPLY for this one)'.*

This information is false. I just called someone in charge of the scholarships at PDTF the person states and I quote. " anyone can apply even if such a person has applied for the January batch, what counts is a very good statement of purpose and availability of required documents"

Guys abeg make una o!! apply even if you've applied for the first batch . Just work on you statement of purpose

The fact that you called someone and you were told that anyone can apply for the UK scholarship doesn't give you the right to say that the information I gave is false.
I didn't say that you're not allowed to apply, but it was clearly stated as 'ADVISED NOT TO APPLY'.

Right now, it has been written on the flexisaf website that those people that applied during the first application round can also apply.

Mine is China and reason is for the past few years they've been able to grow in every aspect you can think of but all of these won't go down if there education system was a mess. I pray we all get to smile

That means you have been shortlisted for the interview stage. I saw the same on my profile, I decided to call the flexisaf guys and one said I have made it to the next stage, that mails would soon be sent. He however advice that I still go ahead to apply for this one with either the same or another email. I have already selected Port Harcourt for my interview. Congratulations mate!
