its a 26year old plane, the plane model has had a history of crashes and the makers have retired the design. it was a risk putting so many important government officials in the a single outdated plane, probably done for convenience sake, the polish government have been planning to replace the plane, it a sad event that could have been avoided. if you want the list of those that died google it mr. Sagamite, may their soul rest in peace
